The outie operates a fleet of six machines joined by a private mesh, and can name each from memory, with affection.
The outie keeps his global site-packages lean, and his virtual environments in one directory, where he can see them.
The outie writes commits in the conventional format, with subjects of fifty characters or fewer.
The outie believes AI should be run where it can be observed: on his own hardware, in his own basement, doing legible work.
The outie is building this severed floor himself, in public, and documents each step in the company newspaper.
